Shipping Policy

At Better House, we want you to know when to expect your order and what shipping may cost before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 days after they are placed. Processing time is separate from delivery time and begins before your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 5–8 days

• International destinations: 7–14 days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Shipping destinations and costs

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. Your shipping cost, if any, will be displayed before you place your order.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. If these charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them when requested by the carrier or customs authority.
